Biotin B complex
What if someone don't take biotin for  1 week And suddenly takes 100mcg of biotin. Will body absorb 100mcg biotin or will it only absorb 30mcg (RDA) And remaining biotin will out through urine ? It's a bit confusing  question I hope Sir or Mam will understand what Im asking.

The body will absorb as per absorbing capacity only even if u take increased qty at a time. The vitamins ,minerals usually are absorbed as per day to day requirement ,and few are not stored for the next day use.

Hi! The body will absorb only how much is required, and the rest is flushed out. Do not take any medication or supplement without expert advice or prescription.
