My wife had a lump for which she underwent FNAC test twice , ultrasound, mamography, then true cut biopsy . She was later put on anti tuberculosis medicine based on the findings ,which was later stopped as doctor advised to go for surgery because the lump size was not decreasing on finding it out via ultrasound . Now she underwent surgery and we have removed the brest lump . Plus this we did biospy for the removed tissue which shows Chronic Granulomatous Mastitis. Now I am not sure what is further course of treatment . Please advise

Granulomatous Mastitis is a non life threatening condition affecting the breast. Surgery is a good treatment option. Please consult for any further queries
