Biluma for tan
I am naturally very fair but I've played a lot of sports over the past few years which is why I'm tanned now and the tan just won't go away despite of using various creams and sunblocks. A friend recommended me biluma for reducing the tan but just wanted to confirm if it's safe and effective And if not can anyone please suggest something effective
