Bilateral Varicocele. Through all this?

Hi, Few months back i had a sharp pain on my right testicle and then heavy pain above the penis and below stomach(where i wear underwear). When i consulted an urologist he doubted for kidney stone and asked me to do few scans along with testes scan. The result came with bilateral varicocele. Doctor said that the condition can only be analysed after i get married. But i have heavy fear to proceed further. I am completely in dilemma all the time what will happen in future. Because if i wear tight underwear it pains heavily on both sides. My penis size reduced and my scrotam bag is too saggy it wasn't like that before. And if i try masturbation i am ejaculating sooner than before . Can some one guide me through all this? I am totally depressed because of this. Thanks
