Pain in Testicles
Hi I hav recently been facing problems in regards to testicular pain. When i speak to my girlfriend on video call, there is an un necessary discharge of transparent fluid. After few days it developed pain in the testis and i did a checkup, realising i was born with one testis and other one is un developed. Did Ultrasound, CT and MRI nd no hydrocele nd varicocele found. But the discharge remains and there is pain and the nerve in scrotum is a bit big or larger in size now. Masturbration cures the pain but i do not wish to do that. Any advise on how to cure the pain as i plan to get married in another 3 months.
