Bilateral sacroilitis
Hai doctor I'm suffering with back pain from 2014.my job is desk job.. working in a sitting position for 9hrs.met with accident twice.. Mri reports positive for B/L sacroilitis diagnosis.. am unable to sit more than 30min.. pain radiating form Lower back to downbto legs... medcation not helping me..If I proceed with surgery i.e., sacroiliac fusion can do my job without any problems..  if I want further any investigation  which doc I have to consult..plz help me..

Surgery is not the only option for Sacroilitis. There are other ways of dealing the the problem of pain. Injections or pain management is something that will help with your pain. Surgical fusion does not guarantee complete relief of pain

Surgery is unlikely  to give you relief. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is  any. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for  back and hips and knees and ankles and feet. --.(Take help of a  physiotherapist). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan.
