Bilateral Polycystic ovary
Hi doctor. Yesterday I did an ultrasound. It reads 7.5mm endometrial thickness on day 12th of period. No dominant follicles seen. Both ovaries are polycystic. Is there any serious problem with my reproductive system? Can't I be able to conceive? please help me doctor please. I am 29 years old. My height is 5 ft. My weight is 51 kg.

You may have PCOD. Its not a life threatening disease though That may cause infertility.  This cycle u most probably won't conceive coz there is no dominant follicle.
