Bilateral hydrocele - bike mild accident
Dear Docter please help check my report and medicine prescription and advice is it treatable with medicine or surgery required Bike accident was happened on 10 July 25 Currently as per docter taking below medicine for 10 days  and after 20 days gap again tolpa d needs to be taken for 10 days again 1. Ciplox TZ tab ( Ciprofloxacin 500mg + Tinitazole 600mg 2. Tolpa d tab ( Diclofenac 50 mg + Serratiopeptidase 10mg) Please advice so that I can take decision

U need to do follow-up for bilateral microlithasis in both testis Regularly do usg scan of scrotum to look of any changes in testis to prevent any future risk
