I have gone through a Audiometry test recently for a pre employment medical examination purpose. The audio diagram shows the threshold of 25db which goes to 40db at 4000Hz and comes again at 25db for frequency higher than 4000Hz. I want to know how serious is this issue and how to cure this problem?

This is noise induced trauma. Avoid high volume hearing like cinema, d.j, closed room
