Bilateral axillary lymphadenopathy
‌My wife 49 years old, mammogram of breasts was done . It was found that both the breasts, nipples were normal, no evidence of calcification, no focal lesions were seen. Impression was bilateral enlarged axillary lymphadenopathy and suggested USG correlation. USG was done. Breasts, nipples & retro mammary regions are normal. B/L enlarged axillary lymph node measur 1.7 cm on right side and, 1.2 cm on left side . Impression bilateral enlarged axillary lymphadenopathy no definite nudule delineated

Hello dear patient you need to get ultrasound guided FNAC done if this problem is lasting more then a month. If it's acute then medicine can be taken before Goin for fnac. I would like to talk to you so that I can advice you properly. Tc Regards Dr yogesh Kumar Sehrawat MD
