Pls Suggest me on my Breast Pain

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I've breast pain when I press on it. There is some fat in armpit,but not any lump. I feel some tissues there. Some sharp pain / deep pain comes and go immediately in my breast. Do you suggest mammogram for 23yrs old lady ? I'm very scared. I sit before system for 8-9 hours. And I've upper back pain sometimes. Reading some articles about breast cancer has really scared me. Pls help me in checking myself. Is it required to consult doctor / mammogram of my breasts.? Thank you
