Big pocks with puss over the body.

Dr I've been using Panderm plus since last year Bt now I've stopped using panderm plus because of its side effects. Bt big pocks with puss have occurred on my body in which some pocks are clotting. Major portion of pocks is in hand and backside of the body. It's almost 20 days for these pocks. Please suggest me medicines for this!
