Hairfall is the problem which can be due to multiple causes (like genetic, mandagni etc.) so by knowing the exact cause it can be cured . Secondly bhringraj is one of the ayurvedic drug use to cure from the problem of hairfall but only bhringraj is not capable of curing it some more drugs should be introduce to you by knowing the prakruti, vikriti etc of the patient , some dietary & daily routine changes to be executed for best results
