Betnesol 12 mg inj repeat course
I am in 31 weeks of twin pregnancy.my gynac already gave me betnesol inj in 28 weeks.Now she has asked me saying it is effective only for 1 month so need to repeat...is it safe ?or overdose.

It depends. Repeat dose is called rescue dosage. If u have preterm labour then only rescue dosage will be given.
