One ampule contain 4mg and we need 12mg stat then next dose to be repeat after 24 hr....ur doctor is right...follow her instructions.....and she is giving u so that ur fetus lung get matured if u delivered ur baby before date.....so relax and take injection betnasol.....3 bottle or ampule at one time.....

Each ampoule contain 1 ml which 8s equal to 4mg so you need to take 3 ampoules then it will become 4×3=12 mg
