Betadine infection
Today in the evening time I had gargle with betadine in very hot water due to which my mouth and throat got burnt and I could see 2-3 very tiny blood type particles coming out while spitting and now I am unable to Taste and smell properly ..I am scared..please suggest

First don’t worry Next the hot water would have caused a mild burn or ulcer in your mouth and throat For next 2-3 days no hot spicy food only bland soft diet and slightly chilled water There will be loss of taste as your tongue has be injured which should recover spontaneously.
