Best whitening cream

Hello i need a whitening cream as i am tanned due to sun exposure and applying for cabin crew,they require light skin tone and shining face.So can u please suggest any good cream which can offer me the above mentioned results.Please dont reply we need to check your skin and blah blah .... if you can really help without saying msg me personally then it would be appreciated currently my skin have little small acne and is a oily prone skin
