Continue meds and try doing some pranayam and meditation regularly. Keep yourself mentally occupied with something creative. Keep a regular sleeping and waking time. Take healthy,  nutritious meals. Slowly you will feel the change and get over these meds.Because, otherwise the pills may be changed,  their dose increased, over time you may develop side effects. Moreover due to effect of meds you may feel drowsy, stiff.

Anxiety makes your heart race more and scare you more which creates more anxiety. It's a common loop.Your medicines have only been 4 months. They may need more time or a change of dose. Do not stop or change medicines yourself. You can get better. Keep going.
Next Steps
When scared, name 5 things you see, 4 you can touch, 3 you hear. Write down your worries for 5 minutes, then close the book. Stay outdoors ,short time in nature helps the mind relax.
Health Tips
If symptoms get worse, contact your doctor right away.
