First diagnosis need to be confirmed if it’s only ulcers or it’s Crohn’s disease . at times it’s difficult to diagnose Crohn’s in initial stages only on biopsy . it needs co relation with clinical examination, Lab data and also other investigations. Now many drugs are available for Crohn’s disease which can keep disease in remission
