Best Ointment for delivery stretch marks

Hi, My wife has under gone Cesarean 3 months ago. Due delivery she had stretch marks on skin. I need a best Ointment to get rid of marks.. Is there any home remedies available for this.

Please do not use any home remedies.they won't help.there are creams which can reduce the stretch marks to a certain extent but other physical modes of treatment would be more useful for then same.you can start using the creams and later opt for other treatment options.please send me a clear picture on my personal online consult for further management.
