Am pedietric mother and feeding my 18 momths baby now...last 2 years i used to take Pari CR and recently Fluminix 100 but those medicines are not working well and having high OCD Symtoms and actions... Is there any other good medicines for Feeding mom to treat OCD?
Also how TMS terapy helpful and availability in Tamilnadu hospitals?

Hello mam understand your concern if symptoms doesnt improve drug should be titrated according to your need , effect on drug on breast feeding also need to be considered , drugs can be augmented (addon) with therapy, regarding rtms yes can be tried if symptoms doesnt improve , yes its available in tamilnadu, ex: athma hospitals trichy i guess more are available

There are other drugs which can be given to the patients.
Have you stopped the treatment because you were/are feeding the baby, is not clear.
In addition to the drugs, Psychological interventions do play an important role in the management of the OCD.They are to be given in adequate doses and adequate duration to avoid the relapse.
Other therapies like TMS have also their roles but they are not the first line of the treatment.
