Recurrent UTIs in men often relate to chronic prostatitis, diabetes, or bladder issues — not masturbation. Please get a urine culture, blood sugar check, and prostate evaluation. A daily multivitamin (B-complex, Vit D, calcium, magnesium) and probiotics can support recovery. Stay well-hydrated and avoid unnecessary antibiotics.
Next Steps
Get urine culture, blood sugar check, prostate evaluation

Recurrent UTI in men is often due to chronic prostatitis or incomplete bladder emptying. Take a good multivitamin with Vitamin C, D, Zinc and a probiotic for gut health. Drink 2–3 L water daily, maintain hygiene, and avoid excess alcohol/caffeine. Masturbation itself doesn’t cause UTI. Just Maintain hygiene.
Next Steps
Consult me online for further treatment
Health Tips
Drink at least 2–3 liters of water daily. Do not hold urine for long; empty bladder completely. Pass urine after sexual activity. Limit alcohol, caffeine, and spicy food. Maintain regular exercise and good sleep for immunity.

Hello, I am Dr. Romain Rajan, General Physician. I understand your concern. ➡️ Recurrent urinary problems, weakness, nerve and muscle pains can often be related to nutritional deficiencies, repeated antibiotic use, or prostate/urinary infections. General Advice: Stay well hydrated (2–3 L water daily). Practice good personal hygiene and avoid holding urine for long. Limit caffeine, alcohol, and smoking as they irritate bladder and prostate. Supplements (safe options): A good multivitamin with B-complex (especially B12), Vitamin D, and Calcium + Magnesium helps with nerve and muscle pain. Probiotics (capsules containing Lactobacillus or Saccharomyces) help restore gut flora and reduce antibiotic-related side effects. Vitamin C + Zinc can support immunity. (Usually continued for 2–3 months; best taken after doctor’s prescription for correct dose and brand.) UTI & prostate-related issues: Frequent masturbation does not cause UTI directly, but excessive friction can irritate the urethra and cause burning. Common reasons for recurrent UTI: poor hydration, incomplete bladder emptying, poor hygiene, uncontrolled diabetes, or chronic prostatitis. Chronic prostatitis may cause burning urination, pelvic pain, frequent urge to urinate, or discomfort after ejaculation. When to consult doctor immediately: Fever, chills, or back pain with urinary symptoms. Blood in urine or very frequent burning urination. Persistent symptoms despite treatment. If your symptoms persist, I strongly recommend a urine culture test, prostate evaluation, and ultrasound KUB for proper diagnosis. You can connect with me directly on Practo or reach me on WhatsApp (85271646 seven seven) for a more personalized consultation. Best regards, Dr. Romain Rajan General Physician
