Why you want to gain weight as per your height 5'1 your weight is 61 kg right now you need to loose not gain. Take balance diet ,  any low fat milk  do regular exercise like walk for 30 min

Hello. If you’re consuming milk in order to produce breast milk, you can avoid it. There’s no requirement- stay well hydrated and eat fresh fruits and vegetables, dry fruits- for good quality milk. For weight management, it’s better to consume low fat /skimmed milk, not more than 200ml, once a day- preferably in morning only.

Hi, You should consume double toned milk about 250-300 ml, if you  non vegetarian and if you vegetarian then it should be 400-500ml day. It doesn't matter that you always need to have as milk, you can have other milk products also.
