There is no such only fruit that will give you whole some You have to take different colours fruits and vegetables Every color represent the dominating nature of particular vitamin.

Almost all the fruits are having number of vitamin content . It's always healthy to have 200 to 239 gms of fruits everyday to maintain immunity .
