You have to take different colours fruits and vegetables
Every color represent the dominating nature of particular vitamin.

Incorporate every fruit in your diet. As each fruit has some vitamin & minerals. Try different varieties every day.
There is no need of taking supplements if you get all the vitamins from the food itself.
