Belly size still big after pregnancy
Hi. I had c section before 1 year 7 months. But my belly is still big. I am still looking pregnant. I have reduced my weight after pregnancy from 65 kg to 54 kg but my belly is not reducing.. I have used a belt after 4 months of pregnancy. But still I am not getting good results. Shall I continue using binder?? What shall I do to reduce belly???
