Being remote from people and depressed
Hi, I am mostly remote to people like my brother my relatives my friends who are not close to me in location, even though they are 10kms away. It's not the body issue. I am active not an issue but I don't seem to care for anyone except family but I only speak to my parents. I guess this is related to my mundane job. On top of that my roommate is lazy enough to top up my depression. I am mostly worried about my life's progress. I am learning very good with piano self taught, I can draw art self taught, I can sing a little, I am good at my work not best but OK. I cannot understand which way of my life to pursue. I like all of them equally good. I learn fast if I have even a sleight of guidance. I learnt my piano drawing all in a year. I get anxious when in a closed area filled with people one or 2 is fine. Fully packed, I get gassy. I am also losing weight event hough I eat a lot. I get worried if someone makes fun of me cuz I can't make jokes on people since I care for feelings. Pls hlp

You seem to be emotionally sensitive and probabilities of anxiety. There are couple of issues those are related to life skills; communication skills, low self-esteem, managing emotions (particularly anger) and interpersonal relationship where you are not able to understand and manage relationship whether within family or outside. Having said that you have lots of positive traits too. If you approach for a professional help, you will be able to bounce back and lead a happy life. Begin from you can begin and don't prude on past issues. Consult a Counselling Psychologist in your city
