I am very hyper active person. I used to be close with everyone and treats everyone with equal love and affection if someone doesn't spend time with me I feel bad and get depressed. I am over possessive I am in relation from last 4 years with a girl but if she was friendly with someone I am unable to take it and doubting her without any reason in that situation I am getting high anger and situations go out of my control. I always think myself as low person and compares with all. I want to get out of this problem. I have inferiority complex . Please suggest me a proper way to change my thinking and to control my anger and I want to behave like a professional.

You have lots of fear in your relationship because u think they will leave you and go . first u have to understand u can only change or control yourself not other . focus positive thoughts in your relationship you will feel better consult psychiatrist or psychologist near you for help
