He is a government employee working in health sector.loving and family oriented but for the last few years he is spitting all the time without any reason.making loud noise while spitting and all are looking him dont care when we warn him.now he can't stop it and saying he is spitting out evil thoughts and can't survive without spitting(he is addicted to God and temple).he is shy to consult a doctor because himself working in health sector.please give me a solution plzzzzzz
