Hi, I am a 28 yrs old male.
I have been drinking for past 7-8 regularly.
I have joined gym 2 weeks ago,but after gym i drink 2-3 glasses of beer as i am not able to control it.
Is it a healthy practice?
Will exercise gradually cut down my quantity of drinking ?
Kindly help.

You can control yourself by meditation, yoga. keep yourself busy in positive way.

I can advice you that beer is high calorie alcoholic drinks.So you are over weight, or if you are health concious then better to not be regular with beer rather go ahead some quality foods ,may be milk,dairy foods etc.add more vegetables, fruits etc for better health spapes.
