Bedridden for 45days
I had partial ligament tear and synovial hypertrophy in left kneecap .I had gone to many doctors ,time went on like 8months all said rest rest .  So I went to puttur village and they tied traditional bandage with stick and I was on bed for 45 days. Today I have taken off the bandage how should I proceed . I feel I am not able to move my left leg . I want a detailed physio as IAM in remote place.
