Bedridden for 45days
I had ligament tear and synovial hypertrophy in April 2018 I went to many doctors till today I didn't find solution . So we went to puttur village for traditional bandage and put to 45 days bed rest so today I have removed bandage . after how many days of physio can I go to college and can I bend my knee now itself or partially bend it . And I  get lower back pain especially after sleeping.

It depends on evaluation. At least 2-4 weeks would be required considering bed ridden time. It's highly recommend for you to take PT from a therapist near by you asap, cuz tissues would be much stiff now and this is the time you would need mobilization.
