Bed wetting
I'm ashamed of myself that I peed in bed last night for the first time in my life. I've been pretty stressed out and I'm consulting with a psychiatrist too for bipolar depression. I'm not able to make contact with myself after such an incident. Why did it happen ? Im extremely embarrassed.
