My mother underwent a knee replacement, she developed a bed sores then in the inner thigh area, skin in that area is not healing and it has become difficult for her to sit or walk because of that. There is a cream prescribed by the doctor but it is not helping.
Kindly advise.

She need proper debridement,antibiotic cream as well as systemic antibiotics.In my opinion,physical appointment with doctor will be better so that the ulcer will be cleaned and then the medicines will work better
