From last few weeks I am unable to concentrate and easily forget things. Forgetting Names is the first thing I Noticed and then I hv started forgetting what was said by whom. And now I am really tensed as I hv started leaving things on the gas. When it gets burnt then only I come to know. I get involved with mobile or TV. I feel it is just due to it

Hi Mam
Thanks for seeking help here.
Don't worry. You just need to practice mindfulness exercise. Just do mindfulness breathing exercises daily...things will be much better soon. I don't feel you need any medication for now or other psychotherapy. Search the mindfulness video from YouTube and Practice it.
