Becomes oily and dark when i go out

I have been suffering from lot of skin problems , i had consulted lot of doctors but, they were failed to understand my problems and didn't gave me satisfactory suggestion for me. 1)i have extreme oily skin . when i went outside my face become too much oily and become very dark that's why i'am hesitated to go outside . some doctors suggested me medicines but, they didn't work for me even 10% . so, i need some suggestion\prescription from u .
