Asked for Male, 21 Years

I unable to grow full beared even after 21 years of age. Kindly help me out to give some valuable natural ways to grow facial hair and then beared over my face otherwise there is no lack of hairs over chin. I shaved once a month since last 4 years because chin has very thick beared but face region has not
