Asked for Male, 36 Years

I m 36 yrs old. My problem is about beard. My brother have full and thick beard but I have patchey beard. And very thin on cheek. I wish for full and thick beard. But I don't want to do any surgery. I have started mintop 5% and folvite 5 mg along with bioten 5mg and Evion 400 tablet. . I have started from last 10 days. Is there anything which can give me desire result. Kindly suggest me oral medicine.
