Beard Hair Became White

Asked for Male, 30 Years

My Beard Hair became white, and 1 hair of chest has also become white, I am suffering from hair loss since last 5 years. My right leg is also pained in morning. Recently i tested my self by thyrocare arogyam 1.3. Test Report Reveals Vit D 14.05,B12 271, T3 107,T4 9.1, TSH 1.40 kindly advice me.
