Bathing newborn with hard water

I have a 18 days old newborn. If I do coconut oil massage before bath and apply baby lotion after bath. Can I bathe my newborn with hard water?

Coconut oil massage is good. Can give bath with hard water, if not an option. Lotion is upto you. Less use of cosmetic products better it is.
