Greetings.
1. yes it is helpful and you ll have hair growth. but you'll have to continue use of lotions for maintenance of hair even after transplant to prevent of non-transplanted hair
2. cost is vairable - usually when done at a good entre with basic necessary facilities and by a qualified doctor to charges are 80,000 and upwards depending on the number of follicles implanted etc.
