Balantitis not going away
I have balantitis which keeps on returning every time after I complete my meds dosage. I used violin 500 tabs and clotrimazol ointment to treat it. I also have psoriasis which does not help to the cause. And suggestions/advice? Also if there's a dietary change required, I'd be happy to take. Or any other natural solution to chronic balantitis .

While my honourable colleague has already answered your query very well. I may want to add that it's important to rule out any chronic condition and even consider biopsy if needed. Also if not improving after recurrent medical treatment , then circumscision may be the ultimate option.
