Balanitis from 4 Months

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Tried Azrith 200 and cream mycospor after consulting doctor. Used for a month but Didn't got relief , consulted Dr on Practo app he said zoon balanitis . advised to take tarcoz 0.1% and antioxid HC capsule for one month but again not relief. Again consulted another doctor he advised Itragreat-200 and Tacroyor 0.3% using this for 30 days but no relief . Current situation - Little spot under skin only visible while pressing the upper part os skin . If stop tacroz for two days then it comes back.. Is it curable or not ? Is anyone going to help me out pls .
