Hi. For your age if you have anxiety or fear or ur sad due to any reasons you have to share it with a counsellor and they will guide you with necessary advice. Dont be depressed . You will be given excercises. Or you can see a psychologist . They will give u counselling and improve Ur sleep patterns and avoid bad or negative thoughts.
