Bad stomach due to duloxetene medicine

Asked for Female, 47 Years

Hi , I'm taking medicine duloxetene as per my prescriptions for somatoform disorders .but I started facing bad stomach means dysenetery . What to do for that ? Should I go for any medicine for stomach? Also as I'm taking duloxetene only one dose in the morning but whole I'm feeling dizziness , drowsiness and heavy in brain . It became serious in the evening after that I couldn't walk or talk properly. Please help already in prescriptions by practo doctor only. Thank you
