I am social phobic...I had depression and anxiety on last december because parents were looking for my marriage...It took almost 1 month to recover from it...After that I am getting bad words on seeing my dead grandma's photo whom I loved so much..I was a nice person who love and respect elders...Then getting bad sexual thoughts involving grandma and other familiar people .At the beginning I felt very fear and guilty...But now I feel like deliberately creating such thoughts...I completely lost my morals and values...I lost my love and respect to all...Is it ocd?How to get back my pure mind? Will counselling help me to regain my mind...
