Bad painn under my right rib

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi,im 24 yers old.I feel pain uder my right ribs and it is terrible,i have been to the er,but they gave me only painkillers.The pain goes from the front part of the ribs,till the back.Blood test shows that MCV and MCH are high(102 and 33).I feel dizzy all day and a little bit nauseous,lack of concentration and pressure in the stomach area.I can send you the whole blood test.I will be very gratefull for your yout help!
