Difficulty in sleeping- Insomnia can be due to various reasons and needs treatment. Consult a psychiatrist online or in person for help and provide detail of the problem
Stop alcohol if you have the habit. Try to maintain regular sleep timings. Dont have tea or coffeee or smoke after 5pm . Dont keep looking at clock if you r not sleepy. Try to meditate atleast 3 times a day. If this doesnot help, you need medication.
