Bad hair fall
I am a femle of 24 years, I am having severe hair fall, the trenches keep falling all the time, I have no family history of hair fall or acne, I don’t do any blow drying etc. I don’t have a patchy hair fall, they are falling from all over my scalp, I apply aloe Vera before washing my hair and as per Ayurveda I have PITH, the length is growing even my nails are strong and they grow within a week..Today have started using bringraj oil, has taken Tests for PCOD, iron, thyroid etc which were normal.

There are many reasons for hair fall. So first and foremost we have to find the cause with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes are nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia or patterned baldness, hypothyroidism, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Oils or shampoos do not have any effect on hair growth as they are not absorbed in the skin. Moreover, you should never self treat with anything.
