I have been having bad breath problem for a long time now.
I am unable to understand the root cause of it.
I have sinus, post nasal drip and adding to all that, I have noticed that ever since I've gotten rid of my correcting braces, I have bleeding gums in the morning.
The bad breath has caused me to become highly conscious and I am unable to talk freely.
Kindly help.

Have you done scaling after removing your braces?...if not you shouldBecause all that composites will remain over there,once your braces are removed, immediately you should do scaling and polishing also ...And do scaling after 3 months you will be okay .Do proper flossing and brushing techniques..

Bleeding gums is a symptom of gum inflamation.
Due to your poor hygien or thick saliva may cause produce bacterial hard deposit around tooth.
This deposit cause bone resorption and swollen and bleeding gums..

There is no doubt that the reason of bad breath is due to the sinus infection and post nasal drip . In addition swelling and bleeding gums is due to the infection caused due to food debris deposit.
You need to maintain a good oral hygiene to reduce swelling and bleeding gums.
