Bad breath
I have bad breath from last 2 years although i have proper care of oral hygiene and teeth. I am brushing my teeth 3 times a day. But i always feels like i am having bad and unfresh breath. I face many problems to speak with my friends. Please help me

You need to get a thorough scaling done because the deposits which have hardened to form tartar won't go even if you brush ten times a day

Get regular scaling and polishing done. Maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day and flossing. Also rule out other causes of bad breath like acidity, gastric issues or sinus and nose block problems
